DID YOU KNOW?

The name 'someQuantumClubbing' (SQC) comes from a cool, but somewhat perverted fellow who used to say stuff like “That’s some quantum [something]”. To this day we have no idea what he actually meant by that. The first SQC mix was made in 2009.

It’s called SQC Sessions because a really cool guy who listens to that kind of music a lot told me at his birthday party in 2013 I should name the mixes ‘Sessions’, and so I did. The first SQC Sessions mix was made in 2013.

The origins of the term Peutertrance lie in a distant past. There was this rich, elitist dude who wanted to go out to a bar in 2001. Reliable sources confirm he said something like “I’m going out tonight, I hope they’re not gonna play that peutertrance like Lasgo, Sylver and Milk Inc.”. He meant that in a derogatory way. 'Peuter' is the Dutch word for toddler.

There is also a Peutertrance Classics subreddit, where you can post your favourite cheesy classics!

By the time the Cascada Old Songs Megamix was made in 2012, the songs were already old! All of the songs are from 2006. Also, I’ve lost the original file of that mix, so that’s why there’s no download link for it.

There was never an intention to make a 10th anniversary edition of the SQC Yearmix 2011. I wanted to experiment with and analyse an old mix and I got carried away.

The songs in the Best of SQC Sessions I-VI were not chosen by me. The sublime taste of two cool guys decided the tracklist. Also, in the YouTube version, two songs are different from the download and SoundCloud version, because of YouTube copyright stuff.

The Peutertrance Classics Minimix 1999-2002 and the Peutertrance Classics Minimix 1995-1998 are incorporated in the Peutertrance Classics The Big Mix 1995-2010.

The oldest mix on this site is the very short I Got The Key Mix, formerly known as “Mixje 3”, made in 2006. It’s the third mix I ever made. The first two were shit.

The Best Handz Up! Mix Ever! is not the best hands up mix ever.
